I have nothing but compliments to both this company and the two technicians that came out to conduct repairs. I lost power to half of my house and gave Hoover a call. They had Gage come out the same day and ascertain the issue and give an estimate. It was so much lower than I expected! Today, Gage and William came out and power is restored.
