Mike was out to do an inspection on our ac unit as part of our VIP membership. He was friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and filled me in on things I didn't know to better take care of our ac unit.
If you don't have a VIP membership with Hoover already, I highly recommend it!

I had a great experience with Tom Nummer. He came to my house for an inspection, arrived on time, and was very professional throughout the visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. I really appreciated his honesty and would definitely recommend his service

The staff from first contact to the two guys that came out were friendly and knowledgeable. Jack is a nice young man and he knew his job and did it well. Korey did the camera inspection and explained everything clearly to me.
I need some more work done tomorrow beyond the drain cleaning done today so someone else is coming out to do that. I'm confident they will do the job well. I would recommend Hoover to anyone.

During a wind storm we recently had our gfi ruined in our bathroom. Hoover sent Greg D out the same day (literally within 2 hours) to look at our issue. He was able to quickly fix it and also suggested a surge protector on our box. Somehow we never thought of that and have had two power surges in the past two years (due to weather) and had previously lost a lot of electronics. He was able to install that as well while at our house, at a great price. In addition, he checked our other outlets while at the house to make sure they were all working properly. Highly recommend them for any electrical, plumbing, hvac or ac needs. My father recommened them to me and I'm glad he did!
