Chris Meyers did an excellent job in answering all of my questions concerning my furnace filter issue. He was professional and courteous as he resolved all of my concerns.

D was awesome! What a hard worker! We did not expect our furnace to go out during the coldest part of winter. Dee and team got it done! He explained everything simply and showed us all the work done. Showed us how to change the filter (hands on). He went over the humidifier, where the lines go, on/off etc. Explained how the model of furnace we choose works and sounds (and he was spot on!). Told us we would get a call to set up inspection date and time (we did). D was very thorough, super friendly, polite, and a super worker! Great job! Highly recommend D and Hoover!
