Second time this season I've used them. Signed up for yearly service plan. John P. was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

We replaced several older outlets that were starting to feel loose. The electrician handled everything safely and efficiently. The job took a few hours. Compared to before, everything feels secure and reliable. It’s a small but important safety upgrade.

Dee and Evan did a great job replacing my old furnace and air conditioner! They worked diligently all day long and were very considerate, polite, and helpful in explaining the questions I had. Dee also showed me all of what I need to know about the new system. I would highly recommend these two Hoover employees!

Mike, chole,Ryan were very good at there jobs all were on time, friendly. They didn't mind us watching them it was all day job. Updating our electrical it was old. They cleaned up there miss.

Andrew R came out to diagnose a faucet leak, got it diagnosed pretty quick even though it was a tricky one.

Gage was awesome friendly he was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. We were nervous it was going to be a super expensive job. He identify the problem, almost immediately fixed the plug that was broken and add a GFI in the bathroom that was needed. He wasn’t here but an hour in half an arrived promptly. At the end he went over his safety inspection of the house. We talked for a few about how our daughter was thinking about being an electrician. He answered questions about his job and said she should definitely do it. I would say Gage not only came to provide a service to us, but also brought an awesome experience. Thank you so much keep up the great work.

Chris was very professional and understanding of our issue. Took time to explain thoroughly. He took extra care to make sure our cooling system was working properly.
