I had a great experience with this furnace company. The inspector who came to my home was polite, professional, and very friendly. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my furnace and clearly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

Cecil was great to deal with. Very thorough in explaining everything.

He replaced the Val. It kept sticking. Very nice guy. I would request him again. Very personable as well as professional.

Jason did a high quality plumbing job. He was very polite too.

Gage was awsome. Showed up on time, explained everything he even showed me the easy/correct way to start my generator ( which he also installed the electric direct line to home a few months ago) management needs to give him a big raise and take him to lunch. Thank you Gage. Jan Eisenhart

Jason (JD) was friendly, competent, and got the job done quickly. He definitely knew what he was doing! Hoover moved quickly when I called and told them my sump pump wasn’t working. Jason was at my house within two hours. Great customer service and I highly recommend.

Follow up appointment, everything was done super smoothly and quickly! Gage has been extremely professional and friendly, I’m glad that I signed up for the full service change with them!

Great staff, very professional, they were about to explain the cause and how we could correct the problem. We have used hoover three times now. Twice at our house and once at our kids home. Very pleased all 3 times. Hoover is our new go too plumber.. thank you.

Dorian came out in a pinch and was AMAZING! I cannot say enough about his professionalism, kindness, dedication to detail, and overall helpfulness. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and PRIDE IN HELPING OTHERS. Kudos to Aubree who helped set up an appointment last minute over the phone. Dorian got the ball rolling on a project that started stressful, and he put our mind at ease, and made things a lot easier. THANK YOU!
