Called at 11:00 am they scheduled our service for same day in the afternoon.The service tech (electrician) Dalton showed up around 1:15 pm.Exceptional service from start to finish, recommend you ask for Dalton when you schedule your service appointment.

While every repair or maintenance service and every professional technial service person has been stellar, Byron Sanders is a true superstar! Nothing less than a 6! As soon as he entered my home, Byron overviewed the services and tasks he would be delivering as part of the whole home inspection. He throughly explained the water heater cleaning inspection-assessment components and then systematically conducted the work. He discovered some potentially concerning conditions with water main knobs and excess copper tubing on gas dryer which I plan to address to ensure best operability and safety. Byron is personable, engaging, focused and client centered. You can tell he loves his profession by his knowledge, his ability to communicate it layman's terms, and in his great smile. All in All a definite 6***.

Ethan did a great service today at my house. He greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude and he was ready to work. He started working right away. He was very polite and professional. He was efficient with his work and took his time to make sure my plumbing was fixed. Overall great service I definitely recommend using this company for your plumbing needs!

Tom was so pleasant and professional. He flushed the water heater and showed me the problems he found and explained why it was happening and how to correct. Tom also repaired my toilet when I mentioned it hadn’t been working right for a while - he had all the supplies even though I hadn’t scheduled the repair. Great experience! Hoover’s wonderful employees always deliver great service!!!
