Dee and Evan did a great job replacing my old furnace and air conditioner! They worked diligently all day long and were very considerate, polite, and helpful in explaining the questions I had. Dee also showed me all of what I need to know about the new system. I would highly recommend these two Hoover employees!

Mike, chole,Ryan were very good at there jobs all were on time, friendly. They didn't mind us watching them it was all day job. Updating our electrical it was old. They cleaned up there miss.

Andrew R came out to diagnose a faucet leak, got it diagnosed pretty quick even though it was a tricky one.

Gage was awesome friendly he was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. We were nervous it was going to be a super expensive job. He identify the problem, almost immediately fixed the plug that was broken and add a GFI in the bathroom that was needed. He wasn’t here but an hour in half an arrived promptly. At the end he went over his safety inspection of the house. We talked for a few about how our daughter was thinking about being an electrician. He answered questions about his job and said she should definitely do it. I would say Gage not only came to provide a service to us, but also brought an awesome experience. Thank you so much keep up the great work.

Chris was very professional and understanding of our issue. Took time to explain thoroughly. He took extra care to make sure our cooling system was working properly.

The technician, Tom N., came to inspect our plumbing. He took the time to walk me through everything, answer questions, and put together a comprehensive plan for addressing any issues with options that work for me. I appreciated his thoroughness! It was a very good experience/service and made me happily renew my membership with Hoover! I will definitely contact them for future plumbing concerns and repairs.

Brendan and Chloe were great. They were very cordial, knowledgeable, they explained everything in detail, transparent, patient, and went above and beyond to troubleshoot the problem and come up with a fix to solve our issue.

Once again, it's Hoover for the score! If you plan on starting the (hopefully) warmer season with your AC in good working order, call them! We had just wonderful work done on ours today by Nolan. He did such a great job of both explaining to us what needed correcting, and then doing the work, and it was just a joy to have him here in our home. We've felt so comfortable with each technician we've worked with from Hoover, and feel confident that all of our systems in our new-to-us condo are in great shape. Thanx, again, Nolan!

I called in the morning and was able to have a technician out that afternoon. Aaron was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He provided a thorough assessment and communicated clearly what our options were. I will be using Hoover Electric Heating and Plumbing for any other issues that arise.

Tristan and Will arrived to fix an outside light fixture that was less than a year old. Within minutes they tracked the problem to the automatic light sensor. I happened to have bought an extra light fixture and I got it out and connected two wires; voila! Fixed! They were both very cordial and friendly. I recommend them and Hoover.

Today I had the pleasure of having Andrew come to my home for a complete plumbing inspection. Andrew was very knowledgeable , very professional and worked quickly and with accuracy. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

We were very pleased with the service we received. We were kept informed every step of the way regarding when our technician would arrive (ensuring that our time was not wasted). We were given a thorough electrical inspection. Our technician, Greg Dugan, was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. All in all, a great experience!

I wish I could give more stars! I’d give the whole Milky Way if I could! I simply cannot express just how amazing Hoover Electric has been. In attempting to get a new roof installed, the inspector abruptly stopped work on the job because they uncovered electrical wiring on top of the roof. We were told that we would need to have an electrician remove said wiring in order to continue with the roof. The roofing company recommended Hoover for the job. Hoover came out within hours to assess the situation which was unique to everyone. Eric, the technician, said he would need to get some others involved to come up with a solution, so he gathered a team of experts, including Will and Donnie, to come out the next morning. In the meantime, the roofers came back with new tarps and covered my roof… with rain in the forecast. After leaving work the next day, but with some important errands to run, my son called me and said it was raining and the tarp was leaking… rain was coming in throughout the house and even running into the basement. I was hours from being able to get there so I called several individuals at the roofing company but either got no response (in their defense it was late on a Friday) or was told they couldn’t get there. I then began calling my contacts at Hoover. Eric happens to live in my area and, like a Superhero, took time out of his evening to come to my son’s rescue. The two of them went up on the roof, in the rain, and fixed the tarp! Eric is our Hero!!! He and his colleague, Chloe, came out the next day to get the electrical off the roof so that the roofers can continue working. They finished that phase of the project in one day with minimal interruption in power. They are still in the process of coming up with a permanent solution for wiring those lights that were powered by the wiring that had been on the roof but I have every confidence in their ability to do so. Everyone at Hoover has been so warm and caring. Their only purpose has been to get a roof over our heads and, not only that, but to preserve the integrity and style of my home… my childhood home, designed by my dad, that I love so much! A million thanks to Hoover Electric!!!
