I just had Hoover come out to fix an issue I was having with the pressure in my shower. The technician, AJ Demasellis, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. This is the second time I've used Hoover for an issue in my home and each time I've received great service from techs who were friendly and efficient. I'm not hoping for anymore issues with my house that I can't fix myself, but if another arises I'll definitely call Hoover to handle it.

My elderly brother had no hot water on Thanksgiving, and when I called a couple of plumbing companies the next day, they were not able to send someone out until the following week. However, Hoover sent Dorian out within an hour or so and he
fixed the problem in minutes for under $100. My brother was planning to drive to Menard’s to purchase a new water heater, which he ultimately didn’t need. I spoke to a very pleasant and understanding woman on the phone, and I highly recommend this company!
